- What
- A written brief describing what your business actually needs, produced after a first workshop with two to three hours of preparation beforehand.
- Why
- The hardest thing to buy is the first step. A brief you keep is worth more to us as evidence than as revenue, and if it is not clear enough to act on without us, we failed.
- How
- We sit down, we look at what you run today, and we write it up. Three honest outcomes: a DBOS licence fits, the tools you already own fit and we say so, or something custom gets built.
- You walk away with
- The brief. Yours, whatever you decide next.
What we build, and what it costs.
Three stages, in order: a free written brief, a paid design, then the build. All prices below are net. You may stop at the end of any completed stage and keep the right to use what exists.
What are the three stages?
Paper before code. Each stage produces something you keep, and each one is a decision point rather than a step you are carried through.
- What
- The settled model: what gets built, how it fits together, what it connects to, and in what order.
- Why
- Nobody should pay for a build nobody has described. A design you can hand to us, to your own partners, or to an RfP is a design that was written honestly.
- How
- A second workshop, then the paper. It carries a roadmap with named stages and milestones, so you always know where you are.
- You walk away with
- The design document, and a roadmap with milestones.
- What
- The work itself, delivered in stages, each one proven against real data before it is called done.
- Why
- A build is a separate decision from a design. You may run it with us, with your own partners, or put it out to tender.
- How
- Audit first, never deploy on a guess, and a stop point at the end of every completed stage.
- You walk away with
- Working software, and the right to keep using it.
What does a Solution Design cost?
Fixed by size, published, and net. The tier is chosen by how much of your business the design has to cover, not by how much you look like you can pay.
| Tier | Price | Covers |
|---|---|---|
| S | 819 EUR | Up to 2 employees, 1 to 2 workflows, 1 migration |
| M | 1319 EUR | Up to 5 employees, 2 to 4 workflows, 1 migration |
| L | 1719 EUR | 3 to 5 workflows and integrations, 2 migrations |
| XL | 2219 EUR | 4 to 8 workflows, up to 5 migrations |
| Enterprise | On request | Custom scope |
What do the hourly rates look like?
Three rates, net, per hour. A typical engagement mixes them in roughly the proportions below, so the blended cost sits well under the top line.
| Role | Rate | Typical share |
|---|---|---|
| Focus | 37 EUR | around 50 percent |
| Engineering | 49 EUR | around 25 percent |
| Solution Lead and Architecture | 59 EUR | around 25 percent |
All prices and rates are net. The mix above is typical, not a rule.
Can we hire you without a project?
Yes. Two routes that are not tiers and not packages, charged at the rates above.
Fractional engagement
Ongoing architecture and oversight, as a mix of disciplines and people rather than a fixed number of hours. Charged at the rates below.
Training
Supporting and training your own team on what has been built.
The team invests 20 percent of its time in further education, 10 percent of it paid. It is how we stay worth hiring. It is never a line on your invoice.
What happens before anything is built?
Before anything is built, we go through what you are actually paying for and what is actually yours. Subscriptions nobody remembers starting, renewals that doubled quietly, accounts registered to an agency rather than to you, domains you do not control.
Most businesses arrive with their digital life spread across platforms that benefit from it staying confusing. Clearing that up is not a favour, it is the foundation. You cannot build on an account somebody else owns.
Partly we handle it as administrators on your behalf. Partly we draft the message and you send it, which changes the conversation entirely, because we know which rules apply and which authority is relevant when a platform decides not to answer.
Four clients so far have recovered hundreds of euros a year this way. It is part of the work. It has never appeared on an invoice.

Questions about the work and the price
What does a Solution Design include?
The settled model of what gets built: the workflows, the integrations, the migrations and the order they happen in, plus a roadmap with named milestones. It is written so you can hand it to us, to your own partners, or to a tender.
Why are your prices on the website?
Because asking for a price should not cost you a meeting. All figures are net. The Design tiers are fixed, the Build is hourly against the design, and nothing is quoted differently depending on how you look.
Can we hire you part-time rather than for a project?
Yes. A fractional engagement is ongoing architecture and oversight, drawing on whichever disciplines a given month needs rather than a fixed number of hours. It is charged at the published hourly rates.
Can we take the design and build it elsewhere?
Yes, and the design is written on that assumption. The Build is a separate decision from the Design, and it can run with us, with your own partners, or go out to tender.
What happens before you start building?
We go through what you are paying for and what is actually registered to you. Subscriptions nobody remembers starting, renewals that quietly doubled, domains and accounts held by somebody else. Four clients so far have recovered hundreds of euros a year this way, and it has never appeared on an invoice.
